The 3 bedrooms are all at a distance from each other, providing lots of privacy for their occupants. "Garden Cottage" is situated in a secure & private walled garden full of trees, providing much needed daytime shade for the outside dining table and seating area. There is also a sun-drenched upper courtyard with a pair of loungers, again very private and not overlooked. Off the top floor master bedroom is a large roof terrace with lovely views over the town to the mountains in the far distance. Note: the house is currently being upgraded & redecorated (winter 2009/10) so photos were taken prior to works being started. Accommodation On the ground floor "Garden Cottage" has a well-equipped kitchen adjoining a dining room and a separate sitting room with door to the garden. On the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a newly re-fitted shower room, gallery and inner hall with door to the courtyard. The master bedroom is located on the top (second) floor - it has a double bed, en-suite shower room (newly re-fitted) and door to the roof terrace. A baby's cot is available on request.
